This has been a game changer for me!I am going through the menopause and was struggling with insomnia - sometimes only getting 2 or 3 hours sleep a night. Then I started using the Z's and what a difference. I use it with the bed balm every evening and now sleep through the night or if I do wake stay in a deeply relaxed state which means I can then drift off to sleep again. I wouldn't be without either product now! Love. love, love them!!

Only used a handful - they go a long way! Honestly the best bath salts I have tried. Fine milled rather than chunky salts that scratch the bath. My skin felt and looked sensational afterwards too - I notice they contain coconut powder. No bits left in the bath either which is always a plus! Oh and the scent - took me to another world and I slept so well. Winner.
