Delivery Terms

Standard delivery on all orders (plus VAT).

In light of the ongoing pandemic, we are doing everything we can as a business to prevent any disruption to our services, however shipping services may be subject to delays. European deliveries are subject to delays due to Brexit. International deliveries are subject to local restrictions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details, please contact us at hello@dreemdistillery.co.uk if you have any questions or concerns about your order delivery.

Changed your mind?

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, due to the nature of our product, we’re only able to accept returns on items if they are sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the costs of safe return and postage or dispatch back to our returns address. However, we can’t accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken.

To return a sealed item, please send the product to:

We recommend you send your product well packaged and via a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any damage that happens during the return process.

Faulty item?

We’re terribly sorry if you have experienced any fault with your items, and our Customer Services team will be happy to assist. We offer free UK returns for faulty items.

To do this, email us hello@dreemdistillery.co.uk or message us through our contact form below to let us know that you are returning the items. Please make sure you quote your order number. We’ll then let you know how to proceed with next steps and timeframes. * Please note, Northern Ireland is excluded from free UK returns.
