What UK shipping options do you offer?
- Standard Tracked (2-3 business days)

* Free UK standard shipping
- Express Tracked (1-2 business days)
Please note express orders (Monday-Friday, exc. Bank Holidays) placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Only valid for Mainland UK addresses.

When will my order be shipped?
We do our very best to get your order to you as soon as we can. All UK orders for standard delivery will be shipped between 2-3 working days If you have selected our express delivery option, orders must be placed by 1pm (Monday-Friday) to be delivered on the next business day. (UK only)

How can I track my order?
For all orders you will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. Please login to your account or contact our team via email should you have any questions about your order -

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We have shipping options available for Europe, the US and other international countries.

Are Dreem Distillery products available in retail stores?
Yes, we are thrilled to say our products are stocked in retail stores across the UK. Leading retailers include Selfridges, John Bell & Croyden and Fortnum & Mason. You can also find us at Le Bon Marché in Paris.

Changed your mind?

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, due to the nature of our product, we’re only able to accept returns on items if they are sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the costs of safe return and postage or dispatch back to our returns address. However, we can’t accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken.

To return a sealed item, please send the product to:

We recommend you send your product well packaged and via a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any damage that happens during the return process.

Faulty item?

We’re terribly sorry if you have experienced any fault with your items, and our Customer Services team will be happy to assist. We offer free UK returns for faulty items.

To do this, email us or message us through our contact form below to let us know that you are returning the items. Please make sure you quote your order number. We’ll then let you know how to proceed with next steps and timeframes. * Please note, Northern Ireland is excluded from free UK returns.
