Life is all about living your best life.  Dreem Distillery aims to help you turn restless nights into energised days.  We would like to help you create the conditions for your body to fall asleep, naturally and wake feeling refreshed and restored.

 
When your nervous system feels safe, sleep follows.

 

 

1.         MORNING: Anchor your rhythm

- Sleep starts the moment you wake up.

- Stay off your phone for 30 mins once woken

- Get natural light within 30 minutes

- Move your body (even 10–15 minutes)

- Hold off caffeine for a short window

 

Why it matters:
This sets your internal clock making it easier to fall asleep later.


 

 

2.         DAYTIME: Reduce the build-up

- What you carry through the day shows up at night.

- Take 1–2 intentional pause moments

- Step outside, breathe, reset

- Avoid staying in constant “go mode”

Why it matters:
Lower daytime stress = easier switch-off at night.

 

 

3.         EVENING: Create the shift

- You can’t go from full speed to fully asleep.

- Dim lights 60–90 minutes before bed

- Reduce stimulation (emails, scrolling, heavy content)

- Take a warm bath or shower

4.         PRE-SLEEP: Support, don’t force

- Stop trying to make sleep happen.

- Take Night Drops 20–30 minutes before bed

- Try slow breathing (long exhales)

- Keep your bedroom cool, calm, dark

Why it matters:
You’re supporting your body’s natural calming response not overriding it.


 

 

5.         THE SHIFT THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING

You don’t need a perfect routine but one that can easily be repeated every single night.  The body and mind crave consistency and safety which is all part of sleep success.
