HOW TO USE Night Drops
Start low and go slow.
Thirty minutes before light out, place 6-8 drops under your tongue and hold for sixty seconds. Increase the dosage gradually every evening until you find your ideal dose. Most people take approximately half a full dropper. Do not exceed a full dropper per day. Shake well before use.
IF YOU WAKE IN THE NIGHT
Take 6-8 drops under your tongue, hold for sixty seconds and relax into a deep sleep. You will not feel groggy in the morning.

I have been on/off suffering from insomnia for several, several months which affected my day-to-day functioning and mental health - either waking up in the middle of the night for hours, or not being able to get to sleep until 1 or 2 am.
