The Power of Sleep

Anxiety is frequently connected to sleeping problems. Excess worry and fear make it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. Serious sleep disturbances, including insomnia, have long been recognised as a common symptom of anxiety disorders.

CBD – Not All Equal

Most of our products include broad-spectrum CBD. However, not all CBD is created equal. We differentiate ourselves by using broad-spectrum CBD, giving you the best products to aid sleep.

Our Super Terpene Blend is blended in our best-selling Night Drops formulation. It works in synergy with our broad-spectrum oil, which contains a wide range of natural occurring terpenes, including myrcene, limonene and caryophyllene. When blended together in our Dreem formulation these terpenes work in harmony with our broad-spectrum oil, to produce a finished luxurious product with incredible anxiety-reducing traits, leading you to a restful mind and encouraging a deeper night’s sleep.

How To Take CBD

Microdosing CBD is a technique that involves taking very small amounts of cannabidiol on a regular schedule. Dosing small amounts of Night Drops, both at night and during the day.

DAYTIME for stress and anxiety:
If you have high levels of stress or anxiety, take 2-3 drops of our Night Drops as soon as you wake up – this can then be repeated throughout the day, at lunchtime or in the afternoon and then again at night. They are not a sedative.

EVENING for sleep:
You will require a larger quantity of drops for sleep at night. Start with 6-8 drops held under your tongue and increase this dosage gradually to find your ‘sweet spot’. If you wake during the night, you can take the drops then. You will not feel drowsy the following day unlike having taken a sleeping pill.

Case Studies

Night Drops – Consumer Trial The consumer trial, with 40 participants, ran over a 6-week period. The participants were chosen by applying to our social media request for triallists. Most triallists were experiencing very poor sleep. The participants were asked a variety of questions based on lifestyle, sleep, and our Night Drops.

Benefits we found:
• 100% of participants said that they started gaining more hours of sleep.
• 98% of participants said after taking our Night Drops for 2 weeks, they noticed an improvement in their sleep pattern.
• 86% of participants said that they fell asleep faster.
• 93% of participants found an improvement in mood and general performance the following day.
