In Bed With... Julia Bradbury

Q:
One thing that has transformed your sleep?
A:
Breathwork, putting my legs up against the wall to lower my heart rate and calm my nervous system, and wearing blue light-blocking glasses.
Q:
What time do you really go to bed?
A:
I go upstairs to bed with the chicks, my children aged 11–15, between 8.30–9pm. Realistically, though, my head doesn’t touch the pillow until between 10.30–11pm.
Q:
Do you scroll?
A:
I don’t scroll at night after 9pm. If I have a project to promote, that slips…
Q:
What keeps you up at night?
A:
Worrying about my children is what keeps me up at night.
Q:
What's one thing you'll never compromise on for a good night's sleep?
A:
Not eating late and only drinking my one cup of coffee before 1pm in the day.
