Changed your mind?

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, due to the nature of our product, we’re only able to accept returns on items if they are sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the costs of safe return and postage or dispatch back to our returns address. However, we can’t accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken.

To return a sealed item, please send the product to:

We recommend you send your product well packaged and via a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any damage that happens during the return process.

Faulty item?

We’re terribly sorry if you have experienced any fault with your items, and our Customer Services team will be happy to assist.

We offer free UK returns for faulty items. To do this, email us or message us through our contact form below to let us know that you are returning the items. Please make sure you quote your order number. We’ll then let you know how to proceed with next steps and timeframes. * Please note, Northern Ireland is excluded from free UK returns.
